He leads the technology and operations side of Safety Course Hub, focusing on a platform that is easy to use, maintain, and support for employers and learners.
Employers need to know who needs training, what is overdue, and where to find the records. Learners need clear instructions and a simple way to pick up where they left off. Those needs guide what we build.
We aim to be clear about what each course covers. Online training can be one part of a broader safety program; course completion alone does not establish workplace compliance or practical competency.
